ADCES® has over 50 years of experience working with health centers, pharmacies, community-based organizations and other care settings to reduce complications and optimize outcomes for people with diabetes. This diabetes training program is designed to support your staff’s diabetes professional development and meet your organizational training objectives.

Diabetes Training Formats

Custom Webinars

Presented by expert faculty, our webinars offer CE/CME and are delivered both as live sessions and on-demand webcasts, allowing participation at times most convenient to your staff.

In-Person Training

We can bring one of our existing training courses to you or customize a diabetes training program to fit your audience's needs. From half-day to two-day programs, we can accommodate groups of up to 100 people at a time. We'll provide the speakers, onsite ADCES staff, training materials and continuing education credits; you'll provide the venue and A/V needs.

Live Virtual Training

We provide synchronous virtual training conducted by expert faculty, registration management, marketing material and CE/CME adapted to your staff’s learning objectives and needs. You'll also receive a recording of the training for future use (no CE/CME available for the recording).

ADCES is approved by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to offer core, advanced and master lifestyle coach training. ADCES's core lifestyle coach training is based on the CDC’s national curriculum and PreventT2 with additional content drawn from ADCES’s person-centered approach to facilitating health behavior change. The training features an interactive, small group format with a focus on skill-building through “teach-backs” and experiential.

ADCES is accredited by Joint Accreditation for Interprofessional Continuing Education. This means our continuing education activities are accredited for multiple professions including physicians (ACCME), nurses (ANCC), pharmacists (ACPE), dietitians (CDR) and PAs (AAPA), so your care team can earn important credits towards their respective licensures.
