For as low as $1,499 per year, your entire team can attend all ADCES public live webinars that are held between January 1 and December 31, 2025 ($1,899 for non-members). Presented by experts in the field, ADCES webinars provide up-to-the-minute, in-depth understanding of diabetes care and education trends and topics. ADCES webinars are authoritative, engaging, and an outstanding value. Multiple people can participate in each webinar and receive 1.0-1.5 hours of CE/CME credit at no extra charge by using the same computer and phone line.

Access Information

You will have access to all public live webinars produced by ADCES in 2025. You will NOT have access to ADCES recorded webinars or Annual Conference Sessions on Demand through this subscription.

Q: What does this annual live group webinar subscription include?
A: The annual live group webinar subscription includes automatic registration for you and your team to all PUBLIC, LIVE webinars produced by ADCES in the calendar year of 2025 (January 1-December 31, 2025).

Q: How many live webinars will be held in 2025?
A: There will be 15-20 live webinars with CE.

Q: How many CE credits will I earn by the end of the year?
A: You and your group members will earn at least 20 CE credits for the calendar year of 2025.

Q: Can you share the full webinar schedule for 2025?
A: We announce our webinars a month or two in advance, in order to remain flexible around new hot topics that arise, and to fit in additional dates on the fly.

Q: How will I know which live webinars I am able to attend?
A: You are eligible to attend any live webinar that is listed on our website (adces.org/events/virtual)

Q: How many people in my group are included in the annual live group webinar subscription?
A: You can have an unlimited number of people in your group, but you MUST watch from one connection, at one location. If you have groups at branch/satellite locations, separate subscription package(s) must be purchased for them.

Q: Can I order more than one subscription? I have a team located at another location that would like to have access to the live webinars.
A: Yes, you can order more than one subscription. Choose your desired quantity at check-out.

Q: How will I receive the webinar login information?
A: The person who purchases the subscription ("group leader") will receive an email from ADCES Education the morning of the webinar, containing the webinar login details and link to the participant handouts (containing CE credit instructions and copies of the slides).

Q: Will I have access to ADCES recorded webinars with this subscription?
A: NO. You will not have access to the recorded webinars with this subscription. You may purchase the bundled package, for you and your team to have access to both the live webinars and their recorded versions, available here: adces.org/bundle/BWEBSUBP2025

Q: Is the annual live group webinar subscription discounted from the regular group webinar price?
A: YES! Not only do you get peace of mind with not worrying about registering for each webinar separately, but by purchasing the subscription, you are getting a discount per webinar off the regular live group webinar cost (which is $215 for non-members, $175 for members).

Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialists

To satisfy the requirements for renewal of certification for the Certification Board for Diabetes Care and Education (CBDCE), continuing education activities must be diabetes related and approved by a provider on the CBDCE list of Approved Providers (www.cbdce.org). CBDCE does not approve continuing education. The Association of Diabetes Care & Education Specialists is on the CBDCE list of Approved Providers.

Board Certified Advanced Diabetes Management (BC-ADM)

ADCES is the administering body for the Advanced Diabetes Management credentials. Continuing education programs offered by ADCES can be used toward fulfilling BC-ADM Certification and recertification requirements.

Other Health Professionals

It is the responsibility of each participant to determine if the program meets the criteria for re-licensure or recertification for their discipline.
