For as low as $1,399 per year, your entire team can watch all ADCES public recorded CE webinars produced between January 1 and December 31, 2025 ($1,899 for non-members). Presented by experts in the field, ADCES webinars provide up-to-the-minute, in-depth understanding of diabetes care and education trends and topics. ADCES webinars are authoritative, engaging, and an outstanding value. Everyone on your team can view each recorded webinar and receive 1.0-1.5 hours of CE credit per webinar at no extra charge.

Intended Audience

ADCES webinars are designed for diabetes care and education specialists, including nurses, dietitians, pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, physicians, PAs, social workers, and other health care providers interested in staying up to date on current practices of care for people with diabetes and other related conditions.

Access Information

You will have access to all public recorded CE webinars produced by ADCES in 2025. Webinars are produced each month, with a total of 15-20* planned for 2025. You will not have access to ADCES live webinars, non-CE webinars, or Annual Conference Sessions on Demand through this subscription. You must register for those separately.

Recorded webinars are available 1-2 weeks after the live broadcast and can be accessed at any time, on-demand, through December 31, 2026.

Each subscription is limited to 20 people. For groups over 20, you must purchase an additional subscription or purchase individual enrollments (contact us at [email protected] if you wish to purchase individual enrollments at a pro-rated cost). Choose your quantity at check-out.

NOTE: Within 3-5 business days of registering for the subscription, you will receive an enrollment code and instructions via email to distribute to your team so they can enroll themselves in the 2025 group recorded webinar subscription.

Q: What does the annual recorded group webinar subscription include?
A: The annual recorded group webinar subscription includes access for you and your team (up to 20 people per subscription) to all PUBLIC, RECORDED CE webinars produced by ADCES in the calendar year of 2025 (January 1-December 31, 2025).

Q: How many recorded webinars will be available in the subscription for 2025?
A: There will be 15-20 recorded CE webinars available on-demand within the subscription by the end of 2025.

Q: How many CE credits are included in this subscription?
A: You and your team will earn at least 20 CE credits as part of this subscription.

Q: How will I know which webinars I will have access to?
A: You will have access to any recorded webinar that was presented live, publicly available, AND included CE credit.

Q: Can I claim continuing education (CE) credit for watching the webinars?
A: Yes! All webinars in the subscription are 1.0 or 1.5 CE, unless otherwise noted. CE credit is awarded to nurses, dietitians, pharmacists, physicians, PAs, and social workers. Other professionals will receive a statement of credit that they can use to check with their credentialing/licensing board to see if the credit applies to them.

Q: How long will I have access to this annual recorded group webinar subscription?
A: You and your team will have access to the group recorded webinar subscription until December 31, 2026.

Q: How many people in my group are included in the annual recorded group webinar subscription?
A: Up to 20 people in your group are covered under ONE subscription. All people in your group will have access to all of the webinars in the subscription - it must be a set group of people.

If you have more than 20 people in your group, you must purchase additional subscriptions OR purchase additional individual enrollments. Contact us at [email protected] if you wish to purchase additional individual enrollments at a pro-rated cost. 

Q: How will I know when a new recorded webinar becomes available?
A: New recorded webinars become available 1-2 weeks after the live broadcast. As new recorded webinars become available, they will automatically appear under your subscription.

Q: Will I have access to ADCES live webinars with this subscription?
A: NO. You will not have access to the live webinars with this subscription. You may purchase the bundled package, for you and your team to have access to both the live webinars and their recorded versions, available here: adces.org/store/bundles/detail/2025-live-and-recorded-webinar-group-subscription

Q: How do I access my subscription?
A: Within 5 business days of registering, you will receive an enrollment code and instructions via email from ADCES Education. You must distribute the code and instructions to your team so they can each enroll themselves in the 2025 group recorded webinar subscription. After you have already redeemed the enrollment code, you can return to the "My Learning" link at diabeteseducator.org whenever you want to log back in to your subscription - no need to use the code again.

Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialists

To satisfy the requirements for renewal of certification for the Certification Board for Diabetes Care and Education (CBDCE), continuing education activities must be diabetes related and approved by a provider on the CBDCE list of Approved Providers (www.cbdce.org). CBDCE does not approve continuing education. The Association of Diabetes Care & Education Specialists is on the CBDCE list of Approved Providers.

Board Certified Advanced Diabetes Management (BC-ADM)

ADCES is the administering body for the Advanced Diabetes Management credentials. Continuing education programs offered by ADCES can be used toward fulfilling BC-ADM Certification and recertification requirements.

Other Health Professionals

It is the responsibility of each participant to determine if the program meets the criteria for re-licensure or recertification for their discipline.
