If the user’s clinic participates in Glooko, data synced to Glooko is automatically shared with care teams and can inform therapy decisions.

Individuals can download the app on an Android or Apple device. Glooko can sync data from over 200 devices. The compatibility search tool helps users determine if their device can sync data to the Glooko Mobile App.

The Glooko Mobile App cannot:
Parental consent is required for minors to set up a Glooko account.
Patients receive an email invite from their participating clinic and use the link to set up their account. Individuals may still set up a Glooko account if their provider does not use the platform, but the app won’t automatically send data to their provider. Users can instead email PDFs of app data to their provider.
The user cannot manually enter blood glucose readings. Users must sync glucose readings from a compatible BGM, insulin pump or CGM.
Users should enter their clinic’s ProConnect code in Glooko to begin automatic data sharing.
