Parental consent is required for minors to set up a Glooko account.

Patients receive an email invite from their participating clinic and use the link to set up their account. Individuals may still set up a Glooko account if their provider does not use the platform, but the app won’t automatically send data to their provider. Users can instead email PDFs of app data to their provider.

The user cannot manually enter blood glucose readings. Users must sync glucose readings from a compatible BGM, insulin pump or CGM.

Users should enter their clinic’s ProConnect code in Glooko to begin automatic data sharing.
