Yes. The MiniMedTM 770G pump is protected against the effects of being underwater to a depth of 12 feet for 24 hours. But the sensor and transmitter are water-resistant at 8 feet for up to 30 minutes. CGM readings may not be transmitted from the CGM to the pump while in water.
** Additionally, insulin delivery can automatically resume once the sensor glucose levels recover.
When in Auto Mode: Basal rates self-adjust every 5 minutes in 0.025-unit increments .When in Manual Mode: Basal rates: 0-35 units/hour; Basal rate increments 0.025 units/hour when less than 1.0 units/hour. Basal profiles: 8 with up to 48 rate changes available per day.
